One of my favorite dishes, arroz con pollo or chicken and rice, Puertorican style like my mother makes it with olives and capers....yummy, yummy, yummy!

Girl, you know better than to put up Ed's most favorite meal! He's having a fit for me to fix some more. He likes the "crunchy" rice. lol
Mario translates that crunchy rice from "pegao" to "stuck rice" because it gets stuck to the bottom of the pan. I rather eat the soft fluffy rice on top, the crunchy rice hurts my teeth.
That's some good stuff right there;-)

No, that is flank steak I sliced thin after grilling.
